Warm and Soothing
In the midst of summer - the small white, blue, and purple flowers of the Sage plant blossom and thrive in the warmth of the sun. The entire plant is strongly aromatic and its fresh leaves are actually bitter to the taste. But in many cultures, particularly China, Sage is revered for its soothing qualities. And is often brewed into calming cups of hot tea.
