Hints of Summer
Growing in altitudes up to 15,000 feet where the force of the sun warms the earth, wild thyme is a perennial herb known to store sunlight in its slender leaves. In fact, when dried and collected, Wild Thyme blossoms are believed to release an aroma reminding us of summer. Exactly what we could all use in the middle of winter.
