Natural herbal steam bath
Natural herbs not only smell good, they also do you good. Follow these instructions to enjoy a relaxing steam bath at home, without any complicated preparation. Treat yourself to a time-out with herbal steam.
Natural Herbal Steam Bath
Ingredients
1 steam bath
A handful

Dried herbs, e.g. sage, elderflower, chamomile, thyme
|
A few drops

Essential oils (optional), e.g. thyme

Boiling water

Mix the dried herbs in a large bowl and add 3–5 drops of essential oils if desired.

Pour boiling water over the mixture and place the bowl on a table.

Place the towel over your head and enjoy the soothing herbal steam for 5 – 10 minutes. The process is both relaxing in the cold weather and also good for your skin.
