Whether served as a traditional accompaniment to North African or Middle Eastern food or as a refreshment between meals, Moroccan-style peppermint tea is easy to make at home. A drink that will stimulate, not irritate.
Moroccan Mint Tea

Water
1 tbsp
Green tea
1 bunch
Fresh peppermint leaves
2 tbsp
Honey

1. First, boil the water.
2. Wash the mint and dry off well.
3. Put the green tea in a tea-strainer and place in a teapot. Fill with hot water. Let the tea brew for 2 minutes.
4. Fill two glasses with fresh mint leaves and pour the green tea over them.
5. Leave to brew for 3 minutes.
6. Add honey to taste, as desired.
