Herb-infused honey
Some dried thyme and sage, some elderflower and a jar of your favorite honey. Homemade herb-infused honey is easy to make and – with a little extra decoration – makes the perfect present for the winter season.

Glass jars (min. 200 ml capacity), sealable, sterilized

Place the dried herbs in the three glass jars and cover with honey.

Seal the jars and then label and decorate as desired.

You can eat your herb-infused honey straight away or give it as a gift to your loved ones. If you prefer, you can heat the honey briefly and then sieve out the herbs.
4.
Store the herb-infused honey in a dark place.
