Ginger is a must-have source of flavor in Asian cuisines. Made with fresh peppermint and lemon juice, the popular ginger shot is quick and easy to make.
Ginger shot with mint

Ginger
400 ml
Water
2 lemons
Juice
15 leaves
Peppermint
Resealable bottle (800 ml)

1. Leave the peppermint to steep in 400 ml water overnight or for four hours.
2. Remove leaves after steeping.
3. Peel the ginger and chop into small pieces.
4. Mix the peppermint water with the lemon juice and ginger and puree well.
5. Pass the liquid through a fine sieve into an 800 ml bottle.
6. The ginger shot with peppermint can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
7. Shake the bottle briefly before use, pour the drink into a shot glass and drink your homemade ginger shot.
