Together with architects Herzog & de Meuron, we created a sustainable building that not only looks impressive but also serves as an optimal space for storing and processing our precious Alpine herbs. How’s that? Because it’s made from rammed earth – a natural building material that provides the perfect conditions for maintaining the full flavor of our herbs.
