Our green smoothie recipe offers you refreshment all year round. The lemon balm gives the smoothie a fresh taste. And if you prefer it a little spicier, you can add more ginger.

1. First, boil the herb drops in the water until they dissolve

2. Leave the herb drop water to cool

3. In the meantime, cut up the other ingredients and juice the lime
