The competition will take place on the www.ricola.com website and is organized by Ricola Schweiz AG, Baselstrasse 31, 4242 Laufen, Switzerland (“Ricola”).
By entering the competition, you accept the following terms of participation.

PRIZES

The winner(s) will be chosen at random from among all the entrants at the end of the summer season. Decisions concerning the selection of the winner(s) are at the sole discretion of Ricola. The winner(s) will receive a hamper containing a variety of Ricola products.

PUBLICATION

The names of entrants and winners will not be published.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS, DATA PROTECTION AND DISPATCH OF PRIZES

After the competition has ended, the winner(s) will be notified by email and asked to provide their postal address. Each entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. After being contacted, the winner(s) has/have three days in which to respond and accept the prize. If they do not respond, a new winner will be selected.
The prize will be sent within 5–10 working days after the winner has provided their postal address. It will either be sent directly by Ricola or via a third-party provider (logistics company).

Personal data is collected only for the purpose of running the competition. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except to third-party providers for the purpose of dispatching prizes. By providing their postal address, the winner(s) consent(s) to this disclosure. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. You can find our privacy policy here.
The right to a prize cannot be transferred, and no cash payment or alternative prize is available. If, for reasons attributable to the winner(s) (e.g. provision of an incorrect postal address), it is not possible to deliver the prize within 15 working days of the draw, the entitlement to the prize will lapse.
Ricola will not be liable for delayed receipt of the prize by the winner(s) or for the loss of the prize in the postal system.
