Green smoothie with thyme & pak choi
You can create a lot of things with just a mixer. You can easily make a smoothie with thyme yourself. But beware, depending on the type of mixer you use, you should prepare the green smoothie in a different way. See our preparation tips for this.
Green smoothie with thyme & pak choi

Strip the leaves from the thyme and cut the other ingredients into pieces – this makes things easier when you put them in the blender.

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you achieve the desired consistency. Your smoothie is now ready to drink!

Tip: depending on the blender, you might have to add the ingredients in a particular order. With upright blenders, for example, the liquid should be added last. The opposite is true for immersion blenders, i.e. the liquid should be added first.
