Flavored water with herb and berry ice cubes

Water is good for you, but many people find plain water a little dull. Spice up your water with fruit and herbs of your choice and add a little edge to your hydration. Ice cubes with berries or other fruit give your water an extra kick.

Ingredients

4 glasses and 12 ice cubes

A handful

Of different herbs (e.g. mint, lemon balm, rosemary, sage)

A handful

Of different berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

300 ml

Water

  • 1 ice cube tray with 12 ice cubes

  • Glass carafe

1. First, wash the herbs and the berries.

2. Fill the ice cube tray with the berries and herbs as desired and cover with water.

3. Leave the ice cubes in the freezer for around four hours.

4. Before serving, wash the orange and lemon, cut them into slices and place them in the glass carafe.

5. Add a few herbs.

6. Then fill the carafe with sparkling water.

7. Place two to three ice cubes in each glass, add the flavored water and enjoy!
