This respects and harmonizes both the individual needs of our employees and the operational requirements of our company. Of course, we have successfully tested all variants of the new way of working, from working from home through to video conferences. Alongside the practical freedom of being able to work together independent of location, it also contributes directly towards Ricola’s sustainability concept, not least by saving on travel.
