We want to keep developing and evolving. We make this happen by promoting the development of our employees.

This takes the form of mentorship by one’s direct supervisor or offering specific internal or external further training and continuing education opportunities – at Ricola, every employee is entitled to professional and personal development. There is a whole range of opportunities, including language courses. We also help with more extensive development activities where we can by offering funding or time.
