First, boil the water.

Wash the mint and dry off well.

Put the green tea in a tea-strainer and place in a teapot. Fill with hot water. Let the tea brew for 2 minutes.

Fill two glasses with fresh mint leaves and pour the green tea over them.

Leave to brew for 3 minutes.

Add honey to taste, as desired.
