Medicinal ingredients: Each lozenge contains:
Menthol (8,3 mg), Extract of Ricola's Herb Mixture (16,74 mg) :
peppermint (mentha x piperita, herb) [1.33:1, QCE 5,566 mg] 4,185 mg, lemon balm (melissa officinalis, herb top) [1.33:1, QCE 5,566 mg] 4,185 mg, thyme (thymus vulgaris, herb top) [1.33:1, QCE 3,34 mg] 2,511 mg, sage (salvia officinalis, herb top) [1.33:1, QCE 3,006 mg] 2,26 mg, hyssop (hyssopus officinalis, herb top) [1.33:1, QCE 3,006 mg] 2,26 mg, black elder (sambucus nigra, flower) [1,25:1, QBE 0,557 mg] 0,419 mg, linden (tilia cordata, flower) [1,25:1, QBE 0,557 mg] 0,419 mg, wild thyme (thymus serpyllum, herb top) [1,25:1, QBE 0,222 mg] 0,167 mg, horehound (marrubium vulgare,herb top) [1,25:1, QBE 0,222 mg] 0,167 mg, high mallow (malva sylvestris, leaf) [1,25:1, QBE 0,222 mg] 0,167 mg.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Sugar, Glucose syrup, Glycerin, Honey, Concentrated lemon juice, Citric acid, Lemon flavour, Honey flavour, Beta-carotene.

Recommended use or purpose: For the temporary relief of cough and sore throat.
Recommended dose: (Adults and childern over 12 years of age): Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 1 - 2 hours. Take minimum 1 lozenge but not more than 10 lozenges a day.
Cautions and Warnings:

• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
• If symptoms are evere or persist for more than 2 days or accompanied by high fever, consult a healthcare practitioner.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Hypersensitivity and/or allergy are known to occur; in which case discontinue use.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have anemia.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have hiatus hermia or gastoesophageal reflux.
