Does Ricola offer work-from-home arrangements?
Yes, we have introduced "Flexible Work" as a work model that allows employees to work from home or from another location up to two days per week.
It is a prerequisite that it respects and balances the individual needs of our employees and the operational needs of our company. From working from home to video conferencing, all forms of collaboration are possible.
This allows us to be productive together regardless of location and contributes directly to Ricola's sustainability concept, not least by saving on commuting and travel time.
